Alongside my corporate career, I took my first step into entrepreneurship in September 2020, right in the midst of the pandemic. I acquired the brand licensing rights of a gelato giant, the only true Italian gelato brand currently in Turkey, and opened an ice cream shop. In its first year, our business quickly became the most beloved ice cream shop in the area. It also ranked among the top-rated restaurants on online platforms such as Yemek Sepeti and Getir in a remarkably short time.
Alongside my corporate career, I took my first step into entrepreneurship in September 2020, right in the midst of the pandemic. I acquired the brand licensing rights of a gelato giant, the only true Italian gelato brand currently in Turkey, and opened an ice cream shop. In its first year, our business quickly became the most beloved ice cream shop in the area. It also ranked among the top-rated restaurants on online platforms such as Yemek Sepeti and Getir in a remarkably short time.
With this venture, which I call the “Happiness Shop,” my primary goal was to integrate the marketing and strategy expertise I gained from various industries into my own business. By personally taking on all financial and operational risks, I aimed to experience a new dimension of the process. Through this entrepreneurial step, I have observed an entirely different side of professional life and added valuable insights by experiencing the opportunities and challenges of running a commercial venture.
Currently, both my corporate career and my ice cream shop continue to operate actively.

From my youth, one of my strongest motivations has been not only contributing to my personal growth but also to the development and transformation of the environment I am part of.
Sharing what I know, feeling a sense of belonging to a greater whole, witnessing the growth in individuals or organizations through what I share, adding meaning to their lives, and serving social benefit with my skills and experience are the things that motivate me the most in life.
This motivation is, in fact, the very foundation of why I created this site today.
Since 2006, I have been a supporter of TEGV, an organization founded to help primary school-aged children discover themselves and their talents, enabling them to step into life more equipped and confident. Since its inception, TEGV has reached approximately 3 million children.
During this journey, I actively volunteered for over 10 years, conducting classroom activities with children and contributing to the educational efforts of TEGV volunteers as a local trainer for the foundation across Turkey. Being a mentor who has touched the dreams of thousands of children through TEGV is one of the things I am most grateful for in life.
I have also contributed to the activities of the Science Heroes Association, which works to spread scientific thinking and awareness across all segments of society and to introduce children and young people to science at an early age. I served as a jury member in local and national science tournaments organized by the Science Heroes Association in collaboration with Lego.
Through these tournaments, which children participate in after nearly a year of preparation, they develop skills such as expression, listening, presentation, sharing, and teamwork under the values of experience sharing, friendly competition, process orientation, and gracious professionalism. Additionally, they enjoy an exciting experience in science, art, and technology. These experiences encourage them to envision themselves as future scientists, engineers, active entrepreneurs, and responsible global citizens.
I have actively participated in the initiatives of the TurkishWIN platform, which operates with the mission of creating “a world where every woman can realize her potential,” supporting women in Turkey and abroad on their journey of self-fulfillment within a global sisterhood.
In this platform, I contributed to development both as a mentor and a mentee. Focusing particularly on the collaboration and growth of women in the automotive sector, I organized “Future of Mobility” seminars. Our efforts in this area are still ongoing.
